We always seek to dispatch items within 24-48 hours. If we receive orders before 12pm we will often dispatch on the same day. If an item has gone out of stock or there is any kind of issue we will contact you within 24 hours of purchase and resolve any resulting issue immediately. We are constantly available via mail and phone and are committed to a very high level of customer service.

Which courier companies do you use?

We use several courier companies depending on the type of delivery service you have requested and the area that your order is being delivered to. Small parcels; use Fastway for orders within the Republic of Ireland and DHL for the UK. Large items which require pallet deliver, we use Grange Forwarding.

How much does it cost?

Fastway in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland is €4.99 – Tracked Courier Service, includes proof of delivery and Insurance. Your order will arrive within 1-2 days. Please note that at peak times and during the Covid pandemic this can take up to 10 working days.

DHL to the UK starts at €20 and goes up in price depending on the size of the order. Please contact us for details.

FREE delivery is offered on orders over €100 delivered in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only. This does not apply to pallet deliveries.

Do you send parcels to PO Box addresses?

Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
